  I worked like full stack developer in Exact on bookkeeping applications at the beginning in the legacy application in asp.net web form and later I moved to a new in asp.net core and angular.I was the responsible developer for the integration of two external teams in our project and I also covered the role of scrum master and the one of product owner for basic activities.• I planned and managed the onboarding of two external teams from India with a very short notice• I improve the documentation to facilitate the onboarding of the two teams and for the new joiners in these external teams• I take the role of scrum master and I trained also the external teams to work like our expectation• Creation of new user stories on the backlog when the Product owner was not available• Help in the estimation of the features and so creation of the road map for the external teams• Increase the code coverage• Code review of the code from the external developers and creation of some guidelines to reduce the rework and code qualityThe onboarding of the team was quite a success also if organize in a short period. The code quality and the productivity were increase substantially in few months like the test coverage of the code.
