I always kept myself well-informed on new menu items and habitually introduced them to customers to ensure they had the best dining experience possible.In addition, I expedited meals, appetizers, drinks, and take-out orders while maintaining day-to-day restaurant operations and demonstrating safe food handling techniques. I also operated the POS terminal to input orders and complete payment transactions.I developed strong relationships with both BOH and FOH employees, which made it easier to collaborate and provide the best service possible to our customers. My vigilant monitoring during advance testing research has helped achieve cross-functional target goals, and I contribute detailed written feedback on software features in the Tele-Guidance software directed to engineers and UX designers. In October 2022, I achieved Level 2 status as a Milestone tactician and was selected to participate in four company-wide milestones, the most recent being to monitor and provide guidance to the first purpose-built driverless taxi permitted on public roads.
