      Active member of the team responsible for the Internal Communication departement of the Club LSM. This Club is the student association of the Louvain School of Management (LSM - faculty of the Université Catholique de Louvain or UCL). Founded in 1992, it represents the link between the LSM and its students. The aim goal of the Club LSM is to promote the LSM's image, as well as its degrees and students on the market. They create strong partnerships with companies, offer some services to students (exchange programs, workshops, meetings with successful companies, etc) and help students to enter the professional world.After one year as the Head of Internal Communication (2012-2013 see below), I trained my successor, Astrid Léonard, and established with her a new strategy based on our successes and missed opportunities during the previous year. The mission of our team was to improve the team spirit between the members of the Club (50 master's students in management). To do so, we organized at least one team building activity per month (money free casino party, team building weekend, bowling night and other theme parties). Our main challenge was to manage the budget allocated by the financial specialists of the Club.
