It is my job to coordinate with stake holders in field, and internal lab or technical associate to resolve the queries arising due to sample so that the order can be processed and results will be released as soon as possible.I have knowledge of Report dispatching to the concern clinician and patient .Also here we need to interact with the customer send by the hospital for different test required for that patient and accordingly sample will be collected and processed.I have a knowledge of process and order requirements for the test of Maternal Markers, Non Invasive test, PGS, oncology test , flowcytometry, karyotyping test and HLA, NGS testing.
