    1. Got selected as a Trainee Scientist in Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun in the year 2012. 2. Developed 8 syngas producing process flowsheets with various H2/CO ratio using simulation tools such as Aspen Plus and Hysys for the production of Di-methyl Ether during M.Tech degree. 3. Optimised DHDS unit stripper unit operating condtion using simulations which enebled us to reduce stripping steam and saved approximately Rs. 1.8 crore/year in BPCL-Kochi Refinery. 4. Bagged Kochi Refinery's prestigious ED's award for best energy performing unit for consecutively 3 years (2015 to 2017). 5. Implemented various energy suggestions in process unit which enebled us to increase profit margin in BPCL Kochi Refinery. 6. Carried out pinch analysis to optmize heat requirement in the DHDS unit BPCL Kochi Refinery. 7. Headed the energy management team of the DHDS unit where we worked for the capacity enhancement of the DHDS unit from 317 TPH to 357 TPH (Current charge) BPCL Kochi Refinery.
