      Main job duties included running and operating all aspects of the joint LLC Company of GCS, Rental gear and Accessories. Acquiring new contracts with customers, servicing these contracts, providing customer service and routine visits to customers ensuring their satisfaction as well as fixing any issues they may have. Input invoices into QuickBooks, kept records of payments and also sent out invoices. Handled all accessory orders over the phone and through website, which I maintained. I was also the face of the company. I scheduled, traveled and set up company booths at various conferences for the Fire Industry across the country and spoke with customers and other businesses maintaining company pride, integrity and most of all customer relations.       Work to help support the Customer Operations team, which includes five sub-departments, in all aspects of their daily duties from scorecards, budgets, variance reports, report maintenance/creation using a variety of platforms, employee event coordination, and supply upkeep Worked within custom CRM software to generate service orders and update customer accounts accordingly. Created and maintained department reports which were used for performance metrics as well as score carding. Assisted field technicians over the phone with various issues as well as Customer Care Specialists with questions. Processed incoming customer payments through walk-ins and other formats, researched payments when proper allocation could not be delineated; as well as assisted other departments with payment questions. Eventually went on to train all new incoming cashiers.
