      In my new expanded role, I am tasked to work on: Paradigm shift to O2O • Coordination with local teams and various stakeholders to work with retailers on offline to online (O2O strategy) across marketplace. Category lead (Global Toys Account)• Managed alongside with NBC Universal Principal the relationship of global toy accounts (Mattel, Tomy Takara, Lego, etc) for Southeast Asia markets and devising a year-round robust plan to support toy partners and retailers. New Account: Sanrio Southeast Asia• Handled the regional marketing/retail and digital functions for Sanrio Brands for PLS Thailand and Indonesia• Managed Sanrio key account in SEA (brand and marketing partnership)Clientele: NBC Universal and Sanrio Southeast Asia Show less Brand Management• Worked with NBC Universal principal to formulate structured South East Asia market approach through customising global franchise plans, content development, assets co-ordination with various stakeholders. • Spearheaded brand marketing and retail initiatives for NBC Universal franchises, and amplified these initiatives across the various consumer touchpoints across Southeast Asia.• Additional Responsibility (From 2019 onwards): Worked with principals and local markets to shift priorities and focus on Retail Brand Development (RBD) expansion across Southeast Asia markets.
