      Motivational Speaker

I was the Monday morning drive motivational speaker for two startup radio stations. I was responsible for ensuring that all our listeners would not only get inspired and "fueled-up" for the week, but that they were also taking massive action. This role entailed massive preparation because I was obsessed with delivering valuable information that was also practical and unheard of for most people.I was also responsible for helping some of our customers off the air when it was necessary which was an incredible experience because of how much more of an impact I felt I had had on the people I was fortunate to have worked with hands-on. Senior Corporate Trainer

I was a senior corporate trainer that was responsible for leading a team of over 15 sales agents. This allowed me to learn extremely valuable lessons such as team management, self-discipline and how hard work and having a relentless work ethic greatly affects your performance. Background : I was going to volunteer for a sales training job at a car dealership for the purposes of learning sales hands on when I met a lady I know and respect who told me about this particular program. I researched and had a briefing of how the system works which felt perfect for what I wanted because it included other aspects of training I would not have received had I been at a car dealership. This then led to me been with the company until the lockdown in South Africa resulted in the business closing down.Lessons Learned : 1. Team Building And Team Management2. Value Of Hard Work3. Public Speaking For Smaller Crowds4. How To Sell And Influence (This was the intended result I had gone for)5. How To Adapt To Rapid Change6. How To Handle Conflict7. How To Deal With Negative/Difficult Customers8. How Outward Appearances Affects Decisions And Trust9. The Importance Of Thorough Preparation10. The Power Of A Well-Functional Team (and the importance of leadership)I really enjoyed working here and the experiences and lessons I have learned are truly invaluable.
