I was responsible for ensuring that all our listeners would not only get inspired and "fueled-up" for the week, but that they were also taking massive action.This role entailed massive preparation because I was obsessed with delivering valuable information that was also practical and unheard of for most people.I was also responsible for helping some of our customers off the air when it was necessary which was an incredible experience because of how much more of an impact I felt I had had on the people I was fortunate to have worked with hands-on.   I was a senior corporate trainer that was responsible for leading a team of over 15 sales agents. This allowed me to learn extremely valuable lessons such as team management, self-discipline and how hard work and having a relentless work ethic greatly affects your performance.Background : I was going to volunteer for a sales training job at a car dealership for the purposes of learning sales hands on when I met a lady I know and respect who told me about this particular program. I researched and had a briefing of how the system works which felt perfect for what I wanted because it included other aspects of training I would not have received had I been at a car dealership.
