  My primary work focuses on the development, maintenance, and improvement of our website, data storage systems, and AI/automation integrations. As part of a small startup team who all wear many hats, I also manage our social media accounts and oversee our team of Talent Advisors - current and former K-12 instructional leaders who facilitate interviews as part of our supplemental screening process for school partners. I find this work both humbling (especially the technical aspects) and rewarding. With each new web update or positive interaction with our partners, I am increasingly confident that the work of Greenhouse Talent can make a meaningful impact in the K-12 Education Talent Management space.
