      • Monitoring CJ Service’s compliance with Health and Safety Law and provide advice to both the company and employees.• Provide advice and promote health and safety awareness in the workplace. Show less • Schedule all jobs relating to my projects• Write project briefs• Despatch of briefs, call reports and all paperwork to the fitters and merchandisers• Importing jobs and raising stock picks using the bespoke Intranet system• Responsible for checking all PDA returned jobs on the system checking photographs of the work carried out, checking that the work has been completed to brief stock etc. and then releasing checked jobs to the clients portal• Reporting of all completed work to clients on a daily or weekly basis and through the portal system on the Intranet.• Day to day contact with all my clients• Invoicing for completed work• Responsible for ensuring that all installations have taken place• Re-scheduling installations when necessary• Up-date schedule on daily basis ensuring we are meeting our financial targets• Keeping of Project Expense Sheets making sure that we are keeping to budget and strive to save money• Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics Manager• Responsible for checking all installers time sheets and examining sub-contractors invoices against work they have carried out• Making sure all invoicing is carried out to deadline• Co-ordination and distribution of equipment throughout the United Kingdom.• Liaising with field staff to make sure that all installations are completed to the customer's satisfac-tion.• Dealing with any problems that our field staff may face on site or any problems relating to equipment and installation.
