Our partners leverage our tools and processes to generate first-hand, original research data that can be used to generate attention, book more calls, sell benchmark consultation, and reporting services, and delight their existing clients. My team's goal is to listen first, engage, aggregate insights and share what we’re learning. We connect with impactful professionals, organize discussions on LinkedIn on various topics and helped Databox to soft launch our brand-new Benchmarks tool. Built processes to scale up the team's services and quality of Support. Designed a schedule that brought down the first response time from almost 4 hours (Jan 2021), down to about a minute (April 2022). Designed Live Set Up Services, trained new team members and team leads, developed a prospecting framework, create quarterly team targets and running the Mentor project. Getting new users set up in Databox. Answer questions via chat and email, build customized reports, help the Sales team nurture leads to new customers.
