  Striving for Excellence LLC is a business that provides rehabilitation services to juveniles. Rehabilitating juveniles at a very tender age is very important to reduce the number of child offenders and, better yet, give them a chance to live better adult lives. We, therefore, seek to provide an overall rehabilitation of the physical, emotional, mental, and vocational well-being of the child and track their progress to help groom them to be better individuals in their family and society.The Rehabilitation Center will have clinical staff, youth rehabilitation counselors, supervisors, administration staff, doctors, nurses, LPNs, CNAs, therapists, and counselors to access juveniles and provide counseling, therapy, and family therapy if they are still present in the child's life. Our initial focus is on the juvenile to ensure a successful rehabilitation program before including the family to ensure seamless interaction and integration. Under our care, the children will also be housed and learn several entrepreneurship programs ranging from computer technology to construction laborers, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, plumbers, etc. We also keep track of progress made after the successful completion of the program and generate statistics about how many children succeeded and led better lives after the rehabilitation program.5 Show less
