This program allows members across McKesson to raise their hands and try something new by giving 1-2 hours a week to another team/business unit project. The project required reaching out to current/early adopters of SD2 to learn about why they implemented SD2, what benefits they realized, how they promote it within their care setting, and what improvements could be made. When we reviewed our free agency program applicants, Michele stood out because of her strong experience in dealing with technology products and interfacing with customers. Our project was not an easy one to tackle and we are still working through customer interviews, surveys, and findings. However, we had to recognize Michele for stepping up and leading this project. She has approached it with such positivity and engagement. It is amazing to see how much she cares for the McKesson customer and ensuring there is value to the services we offer them.
