Led development of a fast-cycle new product development capability using a co-located cross-functional team. Took a six month sabbatical to manage a multi-well subsea completion project for a major customer in the Philippines; in this capacity I was the sole representative for the company. Primarily involved with subsurface safety valve product line, but also familiar with packers, flow control, surface safety systems, and through-tubing operations.
