I served on numerous School and Faculty committees, and was a team member of several Large T&L Grants (most notably peer and self assessment, and Mentor-ED). I served as the tertiary representative on several Queensland Studies Authority committees, including syllabus committees (writing new subject syllabi) and State subject panels (moderation of Year 11 and 12 assessment practices and verification of senior student results).   The BEAQ is the professional members' association for business educators in Queensland. On behalf of its members, the Board oversees the Association's activities and finances, including publication of a quarterly magazine, professional development workshops, competitions, and annual conferences. I served as Chair, Annual State Conference Sub-Committee (3 years), Minutes Secretary, and Sub-editor BEAQ Magazine, and facilitated numerous professional learning workshops for secondary teachers.
