  In my 14 years with Opennetworks, I have grown as a person in various ways. Starting out as the Finance person and support on the custom built CRM. Taking on the challenge of getting involved in GSuite (2012) and then starting up the support departments.It is difficult to summarise everything in a couple of words. There were challenges, and learning experiences (good and bad) but through it all it shaped me into a confident, helpful, thoughtful and capable leader. At the end of each day, the thing that matters most is whether customer issues are resolved and that they are happy, both with Google Workspace and Opennetworks. Show less
