I took on a leadership role amongst the students of showing them how to pursue an entrepreneurial career and get involved in local communities by speaking up, showing their vision and giving them a platform to execute their ideas.In 2020 I was amongst the top 15% of university students globally and became a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society. Groundswell provides a platform for everything from arts and culture, to sports and science, to engineering and technology to be seen in multiple dimensions by Tauranga’s communities.       Digital Marketing and Social MediaI started Cucumber's Instagram and grew their existing Facebook and Linkedin pages. I was involved in creating marketing collateral for their stand at Fieldays. Created multiple case studies about the outcomes of their work with several partners and clients. I assisted at creating social media brand collateral and templates using Canva and Indesign. I refined their monthly overview of social media analytics and created action points for the following month for the marketing team. Recruitment I assisted the recruitment team by going through job applications, uploading applications to Jobadder and writing job listings/advertisements on Seek and other job platforms.
