      As the Senior Vice President of Field Operations, I continue to oversee the Regional Account Management team who manage the day to day needs of our customers. This includes our benchmark offender-funded programs as well as providing customer service to our agency-funded contracts across the United States. The Field Operations team is charged with consulting towards best practices and ensuring that our customers have exposure and access to the full spectrum of services under the Sentinel brand. These services range from IVR, drug testing and cognitive skills courses to full case management and intensive GPS supervision.I'm responsible for strategy, developing community partnerships, identifying alliances, budget development and adherence, forecasting and overseeing the P&L for all domestic accounts. The Field Operations team is ultimately responsible for all customer facing aspects of the Company from implementation through contract renewal. We establish partnerships with our agency customers to build programs that effectively assist with offender behavior modification and reintegration back into the community to stop the cycle of recidivism. These programs also ensure that the victim of the offense is the primary concern.As the Vice President of Field Operations, I oversee the Regional Account Management team who manage the day to day needs of our benchmark offender-funded programs as well as providing customer service to our agency-funded contracts across the United States.
