  RotoMetrics Australia is a manufacturer of precision tooling for the printing and converting industry, the Australian subsidiary supplies customers throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.With responsibility for all aspects of finance, payroll, legal and local tax compliance, reporting to the US based executive group, I led a small team in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly management and corporate reporting, complying with both Australian Accounting Standards and US GAAP. Key achievements included being assigned a number of corporate finance office tasks on an ongoing basis, including supporting the local finance functions at other international subsidiaries, the preparation of a global budgeting package, enabling local subsidiary input and consolidated corporate forecasting, the preparation of reports and information during the due diligence phase leading to the successful buy-out of RotoMetrics by a private equity firm based in the US and a significant, lead role in the global implementation of Oracle Financials throughout the RotoMetrics group including Australia, UK, Germany, France and Canada.
