  President of 150+ active members in Saudi Students Association (SSA) at Colorado School of Mines. -Worked directly under the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) and the university’s International Students Council (ISC) governing bodies and established communication with them. -Wrote reports to SACM and communicated regularly with the agency to raise and utilize resources to fund all activities (17). -Lead the Club’s 17 activities with different themes which included Cultural, Social, Volunteering events, etc. with various guests scale (events with 30+ members to a university-wide activity with 500+ visitors). -Helped achieve the highest participation rate of the club by increasing average number of activities to 2 events per month. -Helped coordinate the communication with different clubs and entities to have joint events from within and outside the University. -Chaired the bi-weekly meeting for 15+ team members and invited guests to receive feedback and brainstorm new ideas. -Helped establish new clubs in different states and had knowledge-sharing sessions to share best practices (IL, AZ, etc.). -Engaged in multiple seminars and activities from SACM to help enhance Leadership skills. عرض أقل

  Joined the team during an external audit and participated in achieving the Highest Score in the Business Line. Some tasks done during the assignment: -Worked in coordinating and utilizing the OE system in the department to enhance performance and mitigate risks.-Handled tracking and analyzing numerous KPIs (~40) of the department’s Focus Areas to look for gaps. Helped close the gaps and strengthen and highlight areas of excellence. - Focused on the governance area of the OE System.
