  Corporate HSE Manager : Morocco- Advise the line management in the implementation of the H&S legal requirements, policies and Group and Country standards, procedures and rules- Advise the line management in all related activities as H&S Expert including risk evaluation and risk analysis and coordinate the preventive and corrective measures implementation- Advise and support the units in the implementation and the continuous improvement of the H&S Management System and related processes. Participate in the effective development, delivery and implementation of health & safety policies, programs and communications that support the maintenance and evolution of the Lafarge Health and Safety Management System (HSMS).2.Safety Performance:Provide analyses and interpretation of health and safety metrics and key performance indicators. Provide H&S statistical information and key indicators in a meaningful format for business units and management teams to support effective decision-making. Works to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and fulfillment of contractual environmental, health and safety requirements.3.Training/Coaching: Provide on-going coaching to management teams on their responsibilities with respect to applicable legislative and corporateH&S requirements, and provide assistance to develop solutions to achieve compliance to those requirements. Engage, coach and influence site, unit, and functional leaders on matters concerning health & safety, with an aim of 50% “face time” in the field within their areas of responsibility.
