  I and my colleagues from our college started an IT Service startup that provided Hybrid Mobile Application development services at a reasonable expense and we were getting clients directly through our network.We started with a mini team and expanded it to 25+ team members working in Native & Hybrid Mobile Development and Web development team along with that QA and Testers.Throughout the tenure, we were able to engage with more than 100+ somewhat unique ideas and deal with 50+ ideas from big to small. They came up with a vision and we provided technical/software expertise along with any launch-based consultation that they required.We were able to cover Education, Law, B2B, Photographers, Government, Sports, Food Industry, Cattle Farmers, Artists, and Social Media plus many others with a total variety of ideas.We used our contacts and networks to get those projects where I was acting as a Technical officer dealing with clients as I love communicating for brainstorming and research then creating Pitch Decks or Quotations along with other necessary documents then leading the technical team to the launch of the projects.We also had multiple achievements like Startups of the Year 2018 and selection in some corporate events domestically.It went south 3-6 months into Covid as clients were short on payments and we started to get fewer new clients so we started informing our employees to look for other options and we paid them until they found alternatives where we consumed our savings as well as some refunds to the client because of too much imbalance.
