Worked on a variety of projects such as a research paper on game theory in non-compete agreements and using R to build a model predicting total wealth based on a variety of factors.

      I ran the area of Scoutcraft at Camp Hi-Sierra. My duties included managing a team of 3 people per week and teaching merit badges such as camping, orienteering, and theater. Theater was a merit badge that I pitched adding to camp, and it was a huge success. I was also in charge of running an overnighter for the wilderness survival merit badge, where I would take kids out of camp and guide them in making shelters out of sticks and pine needles.

Camp Hi-Sierra has over 2,000 attendees each summer.- Assisting in hiring and training 59 employees to assemble a cohesive and talented staff- Helping make decisions on which programs to offer, and general Camp issues. - Lead the Counselors in Training program to educate the next generation of Camp staff- Analyzed attendance data from our 56 daily programs to look at the most and least popular for future years Lead a team of up to six staff members in teaching various skills such as first aid, knots, and salesmanship to over 1,000 Scouts aged eleven to seventeen. Worked with adult leaders to teach tool and fire safety to youth.

      My team and I used Python, RStudio, and Google Gemini's API to create and test a tool that maps between different versions of ISIC, the international job code classification system.I used datasets with over 400,000 observations to test it and create maps of India visualizing our resultsOur tool is up to 50% more accurate than previous methods, and is used daily by World Bank workers.
