  Core responsibilities included design of construction documents and production exhibits, facilitate and coordinate client requests into working design build projects, meeting municipal and regulatory requirements, working with professional engineers to provide our clients with the most constructable site plans with the information available. Tools used to complete these tasks include Civil3D, AutoCAD, GIS software, variable municipal design standards, Microsoft software, and modeling programs. Outside of the office requires boots on the ground site visits for monitoring and inspections. Proper organization and documentation of progress is crucial and performed accordingly. In my time at Bowman Consulting, we have worked on several large and small projects in SC and a handful of site improvement and new projects outside of the state. Comprehensive and overall understanding of the civil engineering umbrella helped facilitate projects to closeout. Show less

Events include monthly meetings with key note speakers from SC Port Authority, Economic Professors, Engineering leaders, National Lobbyists, Local developers, etc. Annual events sell out every year including Skeet Shoot, Oyster Roast, Social meetups, golf tournament, and holiday events.

  Lead our design and construction team comprising of a multidisciplinary group of professionals to deliver build ready sites and Greenscape improvements in Detroit and Cleveland. Work includes facilitating coordination efforts with municipalities, developing phased plans based on master planning, oversight of civil engineer planning and design teams, staying compliant with EPA mandates for brownfield redevelopments, provide support to government relation team, and overall oversight of all infrastructure improvements systems to better the communities in which these sites will serve.
