  I started my career in OLEO India buffers pvt lmt (OLEO International) in the R&D Department. I worked on structural design and optimization works for the development of energy absorption solution for Rail and buffer stop solutions. Also, supported the global team with product development. I have learned new software and referred research paper to understand new concepts and imply it to propel the organization achieving its goals and objectives.1. Perform Finite Element Analysis using Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software leading to the creation of new product developments, improvements to existing products and changes in product applications.2. Strength analysis (Non-Linear Quasi Static) of structures using Altair’s HyperWorks3. Co-ordinate with design team to create inputs for FEA.4. Implement engineering changes as required in the model using pre-processing software.5. Perform FEA analyses and analyze the results to make design suggestions.6. Validate the FEA results using equilibrium equations. 7. Develop quick engineering solutions for complex problems.8. Conduct FEA review meetings to provide appropriate recommendations and modifications.9. Communicate with team members on all projects related matters.10.   I have joined the Effi-cycle SAE NIS team as a technical mentor in the CAE dept. for the betterment of the competition and to guide the students in Designing (CAD), Analyzing (FEA) and Manufacturing hybrid vehicle for the Effi-cycle competition. As an automotive enthusiast, it was a great opportunity to teach the concepts which I have learned through my experience and learn new idea and concepts from others.Efficient-Cycle promote the objective of providing oppurtunity to the students to conceive, design and fabricate a three wheel configuration vehicle powered by human-electric hybrid power and capable of seating two passengers catering to the day to day mobility needs. The vehicle must be aerodynamic, engineered for performance & safety and ergonomically designed. The objective is to promote innovation and generate consciousness amongst the young engineers towards environment friendly mobility solution. Show less
