May 2007 - Dec 2013Website Conversion ManagerAs Web Conversion Manager for Haven Holidays, it is my responsibility to ensure all websites, landing pages, and microsites, are fully functional, updated regularly with fresh new content, whilst ensuring that the overall message of the Haven brand are clear to all audiences. Any changes made to any of the websites, many of these are validated from findings from usability studies carried out, which we implement, monitor and analyse with the focus of improving conversion. Having worked through many yearly Website Redesigns, I have excellent project management skills, where organisation is vital for me to produce a good end result. I have good experience of analytic tools, recently as a project I moved Haven over from Webabacus to Comscore Digital Analytix, which will enable me to do deeper analysis of the customer journey to help with conversion optimisation.
