  From 2017, I start to be responsible for the whole national business of 2 major programs in Schouten University - Co-Active Coaching, The Leadership Circle.Before 2017, I take charge of operation for the 4 different world reputation and certification programs in Beijing, including Co-Active Coaching, Training For Trainer, The Leadership Circle and ORSC.● Marketing development, including online promotion, new city explore, etc.● Enrollment and business development● Internal operation system design and implementation● Key liaison for the partners of different projects, and the global trainersWith the double growth of the business and the team in the past two years, I start to be more and more focus on the marketing strategic and building up a sales team in Beijing.
