The following are some of the major works or transactions that I have worked on: acting for an Indonesian state-owned oil and natural gas company, in the purchase of shares in Petrochemical Company. Simultaneously, also assisted in purchasing Notes issued by the same Petrochemical Company in outside Indonesia; advising Woori Bank of South Korea in the purchase of a 33% stake in Bank Saudara of Indonesia; representing a China bank in the acquisition of an Indonesian bank; assisting Shinhan Investment Corporation, a South Korean securities company, in acquiring 99 percent of shares in PT Makinta Securities (now called PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia); advising a German Bank on a planned cooperation with Indonesian Security Company, concerning the issuance of mutual funds in the form of collective investment contracts; acting for one of the biggest agriculture Company in the world for the acquisition of an Indonesian palm oil producer , one of the largest recent plantation acquisitions in Indonesia; acting as Indonesian counsel to one of the biggest e-commerce group in the World in its widely reported purchase of a controlling stake in Southeast Asian online retailer Group; representing one of the biggest Singaporean start-up payment system provider to open a joint venture in Indonesia; Acting for one of the biggest payment system provider in their compliance and product issuance;  advising banks (both local and international) on various banking products and security; helping the borrower and/or lender side on several credit granting transactions and in the preparation of standard documentation for loan agreements; and assisting several companies to establish presence in Indonesia.
