  Performing inspections based on RFI’s, INR’s and RFMI’s from sub-contractors.Inspection of materials with MTC such as pipes, plates, fittings, beams and frames etc. for the material type, grade, heat number, physical condition, color code and quantity etc.Check for approved drawings, specifications and ITP’s availability.Make sure with the calibration certificates of welding equipment’s, Ndt instruments, pressure gauges and torqueing wrench etc. accordingly.Monitoring of various welding process like SMAW, GTAW, SAW and FCAW.Fit-up inspection as per approved welding procedure which include root gap, rootface, bevel angle, alignment, hi-lo etc.Monitoring welding, Pre-heat, Inter-pass and Post Weld Heat Treatment of weld.Visual inspection of completed weld joint.Repair of welding carried out as per repair procedure and WPS.NDT carried out to ensure the defect is completely removed.Final visual inspection, witnessing NDT, PWHT, Hardness testing.Tests pack review.Conducts line checking and prepare punch list for balance and remaining works prior to testing and handover to client.Performs and monitoring of hydro test, pneumatic test, air blowing, reinstatement works and documentations prior to handover.Flushing / air drying inspection. عرض أقل
