I also engaged with customers over email contact dealing with the use of sensor chemistries.

  I work in a call center environment and help customers troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues over the phone. The systems we supported were varied from desktops, laptops, and workstations. Taking notes and sending emails has helped me work on improving my typing to 40-45wpm.
