  I am the Podcast Producer for the BYU-Idaho Power to Become: The Podcast. This includes social media marketing, editing using Adobe Audition, team building, team leading, and strategic thinking to help to build a platform and following for the podcast. For this podcast, I interview successful individuals to help inspire BYU-Idaho students attending the University. Organize University Tours and Represent BYU-Idaho to the Public through BYU-Idaho campus tours. I directed an organization of 16 different programs that supported students on the BYU-Idaho campus. I was the director of 100+ employees. I organized events, mentored, facilitated meetings, and worked with different leaders to achieve and create company goals. I produced and hosted different social media channels. I help dramatically increase engagement and awareness with each channel I was in charge of. I managed a team of 12 coordinators. My team and I organized and managed the University Freshman Orientation of 8,000+ students. Managing a group of 24 University Students. I would meet and mentor each of these students as they were mentors of 20-50 new freshmen at BYU-Idaho. I was in charge of a group of Ambassadors as well as a council to train and to run the program. The Visit Day Ambassador Program focuses on already accepted students of BYU-I and helping them by representing the University and giving them a tour of the school.
