I defined product roadmaps and feature requirements using quantitative data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to ensure users had the highest quality experience possible. - Successfully launched Audacy’s ~400 Exclusive Stations across all our platforms, which uses new streaming technology and introduced new features to users, including song skips, feedback, and pausing. Continuously worked with our streaming partner, Napster, and our development teams to iterate on and improve Exclusive Stations as we gained more data and user feedback- Aligned product strategy to exceed our quarterly goals for key performance indicators, including total listening hours, active audio users, ad impressions, and web views- Managed the launch of our new and improved web player and transitioned hundreds of thousands of users off of our legacy player to the new product for a better user experience Show less
