      Currently responsible for 1,000,000 square feet with two physical plants with gas fired boilers. Each plant has six boilers 12,000,000 BTU's per hour, 2 Chillers -700 tons each with accompanying pumps . Four cooling towers at 350 Tons each. Also responsible for all HVAC air handlers. Responsible for Fire Systems, Garage Exhaustion fans, sump pumps and related hardware. Responsible for a budget adherence and supervision of staff.
