  Mahindra and Mahindra ltd (Automotive, Farm Equipment sector), Rudrapur plant is a tractor manufacturing plant where H1 and H1 Export model tractors are being manufactured. I have worked as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) in final tractor assembly department and process engineering department. My role is to work in coordination with manufacturing team in achieving daily production target without hold-ups, spill-over and manufacturing loss, with strict adherence to process quality and without any compromise in end product quality, along with simplification, improvement and standardization in the process followed during assembly. I have also worked on the development of tooling and fixtures to enhance the ease of assembly of components along with reducing the fatigue. Show less

I am presently working as an Assistant Manager in Production Planning and Control Department. My role is to convert the sales demand plan into daily production plan for final assembly and all aggregates to fulfill the sales billing requirements as well as planning for dispatch of aggregates to IUTN customers and Swaraj division and also to ensure timely planning, manufacturing and dispatch of Export tractors in close coordination with Inbound and Outbound Supply Chain Team.
