      Participated and led various marketing intitiatives and projects over the years. Main projects listed below: - Project Manager for Normet's website development from conceptualizing the idea to publishing the new site (www.normet.com). Working closely with key departmental, management and project stakeholders across the organization and a high degree of interaction with offsite vendor architects and developers were part of daily activity.- Webmaster for the new website. This task included further development, content updating and daily management of the website. Web analytics (Snoobi) was used to analyze the website traffic. Optimizing the search engine visibility was also part of the daily tasks. - Analyzed different Social Media sites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, Google+, Xing, Pinterest etc.) and created the Social Media Strategy for Normet. - Assisted and influenced in the yearly Marketing Strategy creation/updating process, and helped translating the stategic goals to actions and tasks. - Implemented various Return On Investment measures for different marketing actions and campaignes. - Mapping the requirements for a corporate intranet and extranet.
