As participant of the dual study program I was in the great position of having the opportunity to look for assignments in different parts and departments of the organization. I worked in Change Management, supporting a group wide implementation initiative and facilitating the rollout of the new D&I strategy. In Business Communications I conceptualized and designed contend for the organization's website and for a social media campaign. I enjoyed the international setup of the company. Therefore, I worked in the Paris and Stockholm office of the company for several months and was part of the organizing team for an internationally set up HR-Tour. Show less
