Worked with In-House repair facility to develop processes and procedures to ensure minimal interruption to the field technicians saving time and money. Assist in the reporting of key metrics and maintained dashboards for all operational parameters to quantify all objectives and exceed them. Responsible for stocking 50+ Forward Stocking Locations and supporting 300 technicians in the western United States. Developed a Bill of Materials and procured parts for a new vendor bringing on 1100 new unique machines . On-site Liaison between company and 3rd party repair vendor to ensure high level of quality was maintained and exceeded. Created a forecasting model to match repair capabilities to field needs resulting in increased first time fix and part availability.
