      • District named one of the Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces in 2014, 2015, and 2016.• Successfully passed a $19.67 million bond issue focused on long-term maintenance needs in district facilities. The funds were used to improve security and accessibility, as well as remodel and renovate classrooms.• Collaborated to develop the Alternative Career Pathways program. The goal of this initiative is to allow adult learners to personalize their professional development and provides educators a different method to advance through the traditional pay scale.
