My work includes designing experiments, conducting an in-depth literature review on related microbial species, and exploring their applications in different crops. Additionally, I am identifying multigene sequences used for DNA species identification, analyzing strain numbers, and studying the genomics of these organisms. I am also investigating oomycetes through root assays, with a particular focus on the pathogen Phytophthora cinnamomi. Show less
