Responsible for supervising and coordinating all curriculum development and teacher training technical assistance provided through the Ministry of Education. Assisted the MOE in the development of a new national basic education curriculum and a new teacher training policy model. The new curriculum introduced national languages as a medium of instruction in early grades and a new literacy-based instructional approach. Provided technical assistance in the development of all curricular materials, including teacher guides, textbooks, teacher training programs and literacy assessment instruments. Show less
