Educate key customers on AMEC product and how they can be applied to their industries. Travel to key customer sites to run tests, build relationships and initiate an expanded presence in the customer’s facility. Work with OEM machine tool companies in developing tooling packages that include AMEC product. Perform on site training and Territory Manager training as required for key customers. Mentor and train new Application Engineers as well as new Field Sales Engineers. Work closely with customers to acquire technical data to initiate conceptual designs of special product. Approve and issue product for guaranteed testing and demos. Assist in the processing of special product and provide consultation services to the design engineering group. Provide final approval of both customer approval prints as well as manufacturing shop prints. Work with customer complaints in evaluation of technical issues.
