      As the Consumer Loan Servicing Manager I am responsible and accountable for all functions related to the servicing of consumer loans (auto, unsecured, personal lines of credit, and so on). Responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance for daily operations of the department; coordinating the activities of the Consumer Loan Servicing Specialists, Collateral Protection Specialist, Administrative Support Specialist. and the Title Specialist; managing and coaching staff to achieve quality service standards and assigned goals; and improving quality and efficiency in the Consumer Loan Servicing area.
