  - Built various Power BI DASHBOARDS for the leadership to monitor the overall performance of Lowe’s After Sales Customer Support program. Wrote several SQL queries to import and consolidate data from various sources such as 3rd party Website, Salesforce, Client provider's Server, used Python selenium package to auto-download reports from websites, and cleaned and transformed data using python pandas to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the dashboards. Converted data into actionable insights and helped identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with attention to detail and accuracy- Created a tool that extracts the live data for all Lowe's product information from Lowe’s Teradata database. The tool enabled the Customer Support team to extract all the information they need about a product and thus improved the overall customer experience. On average the tool is used 108+ times/ week by the team members- Wrote numerous Automation scripts in Python as well as VBA Macros to automate several processes that reduced the Avg Handle Time to approximately 3000 hours a year and hence saved the cost of more than $28K.
