  Software Specialist

  My role as a software specialist includes a variety of tasks. I work in customer support but I am also developing and maintaining our support process and tools such as Zendesk. Besides software support I take part in different kind of projects like the Infrastructure Cost Management System -project. In the beginning of 2022 I have started to do also project manager tasks in projects. I am also very interested about standardization and I want to learn more about Inframodel and IFC standards, luckily I have been already part of some BuildingSMART Finland projects. I am working in software support for Trimble and Autodesk products, mostly supporting Novapoint and Autocad users. I am helping our clients, mainly planners, to solve problems they have with these products. Sometimes my work includes training, consulting and product development. In 2020 I worked also with my master's thesis for Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. I was working in Ihku Alliance Project, where we are creating the new infrastructure cost management system. Topic of my thesis was: "BIM-based cost calculation in the field of infrastructure – Integration betweencost management and design systems" Show less

  In Feb 2024 I started as Project Manager in the Ihku-alliance with the same old title Service Manager. I work currently in the software support for our clients who use the system. I also do trainings so that new users can learn how to work with this web-based system. I have also done some software specification work especially related to export/transfer files, so that it would be easier to automate the quantity data flow from planning to cost calculation. I also done my thesis about theme related to this.
