Patients require a focused & immediate treatment plan✲ Treat coronary artery disease, high blood pressure and irregular rhythms, heart failure, rheumatic heart disease, infective endocarditis, congenital conditions, pericarditis.✲ Many different techniques are used to diagnose and treat patients including echo, trans-oesophageal echo, stress echo, stress thallium, treadmill test, Holter mentoring and ambulatory BP monitoring and pulse wave velocity✲ Surveillance & follow-up of Post CABG & Post PTCA, post valve replacement and repair patients.✲ OPD consultation of walk-in and routine evaluation✲ Screening bedside echoes (wards and ICU ) - 40 -45 cases per day✲ Exercise Stress Echo - 45-50 cases per day✲ Dobutamine stress test✲ Supervision of Myocardial Perfusion Imaging, stress test (pharmacological and physiological)✲ Cardiac clearance before surgery✲ An executive health check-up✲ Free heart check-up camps under community outreach programmes and perform transthoracic echo and carotid intima-media thickness.✲ Triaging of cardiac emergencies✲ Attending code blue( cardiac arrest patients ) of indoor patients Show less
