  - Coordinated activities for an international youth exchange programme. I recruited and trained volunteers for the programme. I also planned, implemented and evaluated the programme.- Managed a project on promoting education for girls and disabled children. I organized advocacy visits, facilitated trainings, workshops and meetings with the community. I monitored the project outputs and outcomes and wrote reports for the funders.
