Used my CDL to keep a paycheck coming in. Plowed snow at night in winter months. Drove FED EX during morning hours. Attended school during afternoon hours. Worked part time evening jobs to make up the difference. During non school months, worked in North Dakota in the Bakken Oil Fields. Show less

  Reignited the Statue of Liberty torch after Super Storm Hurricane Sandy by filling tanks for the diesel generators used for backup power. Under careful supervision of US Park Service Rangers and US Coast Guard personnel, transported fuel via a barge from mainland to Liberty Island!! Provide fuels support for wildland fire fighting crews throughout western US as well as other disaster relief efforts throughout US.

Added an extra effort to cook meals for truck drivers since so many were away from home and living in their trucks for weeks on end.
