  Project 1 : Client: Nielsen, Project: GTAMGTAM is a strategic program of Nielsen which aims at delivering Global Television Audience Measurement ratings by capturing the details of the TV content watched by the Nielsen Panel via an embedded product known as GTAM meter.My role in this project was to develop a web-based SPI (Single Page Interface) using which GTAM meter was configured.Responsibilities:● Involved in developing highly optimized and responsive SPA using ExtJS/PHP to reflect the real-time state of GTAM Meter using web sockets.● Worked on socket programming in Python and PHP to connect with firmware device.Environment:PHP,Python, ExtJS, JS, HTML, CSS3, Web-sockets & SSEProject 2 Client: Nielsen, Project: Arthur Chatbot PlatformArthur Chatbot is an AI platform that aims at automating Nielsen production support needs (L1 and L2) via a smart chatbot.Involved in developing the chatbot platform with a level of generalization so that bot can be adopted easily in any project.Responsibilities:● Utilized Google Dialogflow service for maintaining the chatbot user agents, intents, entities, contexts and webhooks.● Involved in developing end user/helpdesk chat client for interacting with a chatbot using Angular and Websockets.● Developed python services to redirect user query to the helpdesk in a situation where the query is not part of bot knowledge base.● Integrated Google translate API to entertain end users’ queries received in multiple languages.● Developed python services to capture and persist all the conversation between the user and the bot in PostgreSQL.● Worked on AWS Lambda, Gateway API and S3 for hosting back end components.Environment : Google Dialogflow, Angular, Python, PostgreSQL, Jquery, Web-sockets, AWS Show less
