  My role has been into governing team-performance, Stakeholders-interaction, connecting with the leaders to discuss the plan on improving the output by the teams. Strategy Planning/Suggesting new ideas and acting as a catalyst to be the part of the various campaigns held withing the organization in terms of planning and execution. Show less My role was to conduct Employee Engagement programs internally and connecting with the employees on the betterment of Employee Engagement, I was the face of maintaining relationship in HCLTech India and GEOs ( AMERICAS-EUROPE-APMEA) with the relevant stakeholders (internal and external) and also creating a connect with the employees and also the vendors and stakeholders. Launched many initiatives (internally) which were liked and appreciated by the leaders and employees for example The 3Es-Elevating Employee Engagement(this was a global hit). I was also working on the company's newsletter for Employee Engagement where I was leading the program in terms of creating content and consolidating events (internal and external).
