  I began my time at The Avenue Cookery School as an administrative intern, but my role in the company quickly grew to become a valued member of the team as an administrative assistant. My day to day responsibilities ranged from making sales calls, achieving sales targets (filling in our classes), liaising with customers, and managing social media platforms. I am working closely alongside the director, often managing the company on my own due to her extensive trips abroad.
